Policies for Laser and Beauty Treatments

Full medical history must be provided, and the consent form must be signed before any treatment can be carried out.

Laser treatment can only be given to those aged 18 and over.

Laser cannot be carried out on those who are pregnant. If you become pregnant during a course of sessions with us, we will pause your treatments so you can resume after pregnancy. If you wish to have a refund, please refer to our refund policy (see below). Treatment can be resumed at least 3 months after delivery.

There are certain restrictions with medication and laser treatment, please bring details of any medication you are on to your consultation.

We charge a fee to reserve your appointment (excluding laser consultations), which is charged at the following rate:

  • For a 15-minute appointment, the fee is £15
  • For a 30-minute appointmen,t the fee is £30
  • For a 1-hour appointmen,t the fee is £50

This fee secures the appointment and will be applied toward the total price of your treatment. If you fail to attend an appointment, you will lose that deposit, and no refund will be given. If your appointment is for a consultation, then you can use the deposit towards future treatments or any products that you purchase during your appointment.

Laser Treatments:

Laser hair reduction cannot be done if you have a tattoo on the area you wish to be treated, as this will react to the laser and cause burns.

It is up to you to follow precautionary and post treatment care. We have the right to refuse treatment if you: have not shaved the area before your session, have a sun tan, or have used any products on the area of skin which is to be treated. Treatment sessions will be lost if you turn up to the session and have not followed the guidelines.

Care instructions are given at your initial patch test and consultation.¬† It’s extremely important to follow guidelines to make sure you and your treatments are safe. This is a joint effort between you and our laser technicians.

If you are concerned about anything regarding your treatment you can contact us straight away and we will be happy to help.

Missing appointments, rescheduling, and cancelling:

If you do not turn up to an appointment and do not notify us by speaking to one of our team members, then the session will be lost.

Rescheduling or cancelling appointments within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee in order to keep the session. The following fees apply:

  • For a 15 minute appointment the fee is £15
  • For a 30 minute appointment the fee is £30
  • For a 1 hour appointment the fee is £50

Refunds:

Courses of 6 are usually non-refundable. If, in extenuating circumstances, you are not able to continue with treatment then a refund can be organised for the remaining sessions. The amount to be refunded is calculated by the amount leftover after the single session prices, with any offers that were available at the time of purchase, are applied for the number of sessions already carried out.

Bringing children and others with you to your appointments:

Unfortunately, we do not have child-minding facilities at our clinic. As we are a medical clinic, it is not recommended to bring children, family members or friends in unnecessarily/or if they do not have an appointment with us. Please make childcare arrangements beforehand. If you have more than one child booked in for an appointment with us, please arrange for another responsible adult to accompany you and help supervise. Whilst we follow child protection policies and health & safety procedures, our staff are not responsible for the care of your child.

Children are not permitted in the laser treatment room.
