Clinic Closure

 

The clinic has now permanently closed.

 

After many years of providing private GP services, Park Private Clinic has now permanently ceased providing medical services and is no longer accepting patients or appointments.

 

This decision has been made due to the health circumstances of the doctor and has followed a planned wind-down of the service over recent months.

 

We would like to thank all of our patients for their trust and support over the years.

Medical records relating to former patients will continue to be retained securely for the applicable statutory and professional retention period.

When contacting us, please provide your full name, date of birth, approximate dates of attendance at the clinic and your current contact details. We may need to request appropriate identification before releasing any medical information.

 

Where a former patient wishes to continue receiving private GP care from another doctor, arrangements can be made for the relevant medical records to be transferred securely, subject to the appropriate requirements.

The clinic is no longer providing medical consultations, prescriptions, referrals or other clinical services, and this email address is not monitored for urgent or clinical medical matters.
