  • A standard passport-sized photo to be attached to your form
  • A list of current medical prescriptions
  • Prescription glasses if worn
  • For visa medicals requiring urinalysis, a urine sample must be taken at the clinic

This visa medical also requires a chest x-ray. Chest X-rays are usually arranged on the same day at a private hospital. This cost of this is not included in the above price. You may be billed separately by the radiologist.

The Kuwaiti Visa Medicals requires a written report. It also includes a number of blood tests and a chest x-ray. The turnaround time for these Kuwait Medicals is between 7 and 14 days due to a requirement for a detailed blood analysis.
