Make an appointmentOur Premises – Access, Translators and Disabled Patients
Our Premises
Above all, our aim is to continue to provide you with a good standard of health care, while adapting and improving our practice to meet the demands of modern medicine. Therefore, we welcome all disabled patients, and the lower floor is easily accessible by wheelchair from the rear of the building. Please see “Entrance to Disabled Access” for directions.
Our consulting rooms are upstairs. Be sure to let us know if you are unable to climb the stairs as we can arrange for you to be seen by the doctor downstairs. Please call us on 0115 8967878 and speak to our reception team or let us know at the time of booking your appointment.
Guide dogs are welcome on our premises.
Interpreter Services:
In addition to this, we can provide an interpreter if needed. Please let reception staff if you are in need of an interpreter when booking you appointment.
We use the translating service, “Language Line”. This will come at an additional cost.
Entrance to Disabled Access:
The entrance to our car park/wheelchair access is opposite Nottingham Playhouse. It is a narrow alleyway between two buildings.
We located on the left side of the car park. Just buzz at the blue door (no.16) and we will be down to open it for you.
Our car park is allocated to several buildings on Regent Street, therefore there we are only allowed to use a limited number of spaces. Please refrain from using parking spaces that are not marked for Park Private Clinic as this may result in a parking ticket.
Metered parking is available immediately outside the clinic with all surrounding roads having designated parking areas on a metered basis. Currently the cost is £1 for the first half an hour of parking.
Park Private Clinic are happy to pay for the first hour of on street parking on/around Regent Street for all of our disabled clients who have been unable to find a parking space and present their parking ticket for a refund.
Information for Carers:
If you are a carer for a patient, we will need to add you to our database. Therefore, it is important for you to let us know when booking.
