Please note that we take deposits for all our GP/Doctor services. Payment for the deposits is made over the phone. Alternatively, if you prefer to pay cash, please come in and book at the reception. These deposits are non-refundable if you do not turn up or rearrange/cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. The amount for our deposit can be found at the bottom of this page.
As well as cash payments, we also accept the following card payments:

We do not currently offer payment plans.
Please note that for cash payments, it is best to bring some small denominations (£5 notes/coins) with you as well.
The consultation cost for our GP does not cover prescriptions, tests, scans or procedures – these are additional where applicable.
Please note that test results will be communicated to the patient as soon as possible. At the conclusion of appointments, patients are given the clinic’s contact details and, in some cases, the doctor’s. You will be expected to contact the clinic in order to follow up on your tests and consultations. All tests made by the clinic for a patient will be discussed during or prior to the consultation. The costs of tests are listed below, or will be discussed with the patient.

Deposit Price List According to Service/Appointment Booking
For the appointment types in the table below, we require a deposit at the time of booking. When you attend your appointment, the deposit will be applied to the cost of the treatment/service you receive.

What if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?
The deposit means that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice, or you will lose the deposit. By also not turning up to your appointment and not notifying us 48 hours prior means you will lose the deposit.
If you book your appointment within 48 hours of your booking, you won’t be able to cancel or rearrange it without losing the deposit.
What do we mean by “refundable deposit”?
This means the consultation for this service is usually free. The money will be refunded upon your attendance at the appointment. Alternatively, this money can be used as credit with the clinic (for example, to make another booking and use it as a down payment again, or it can be deducted from the cost of treatments/services that you may have on the day or in the future).
How do I pay?
The easiest way to pay is over the phone when you book in. If you are booking by email, you will be asked to call us to make the payment within an allocated time frame. If you are not comfortable with paying over the phone, you can either come in to the clinic to pay either by card or cash and book then. If you have not paid a deposit by the end of your allocated time, then your appointment is likely to be cancelled.
Why are we charging at the point of booking?
Taking deposits is a common practice in private clinics and for paid services. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing a large number of ‘no-shows’ (those who do not turn up to their appointments) and cancellations on the day. Whilst we appreciate that the majority of our clients have valid reasons for cancelling or not attending, this unfortunately means that slots that could have been offered to other clients are now left empty. This has a large effect on our business. By implementing this method, we hope to continue to provide an effective, professional service whilst meeting our clients’ needs.
What about if I have paid for a course of treatments, for example, for laser hair removal?
The full amount for the course must be paid at the first session. If you reschedule an appointment within 48 hours or do not show up, you will lose that session.
When booking treatments (e.g., for single sessions or the first session of a course), a deposit will be taken in the amount indicated above (which varies by appointment length).
